Rating Pulse — Live Feedback Scale

A rating scale answers the question every facilitator asks silently: did that land? Put “how confident do you feel about writing a logframe?” on the screen, give the room a 1–5 scale with your own labels at each end, and you have a number you can act on before the next session, not after the evaluation form.

Everyone's tap lands on the screen as it arrives — the average and the full distribution grow live, on the projector and on every phone. A rating can be changed until the pulse ends, so a first-guess tap never traps anybody. One device, one rating: the count is the room, not the taps.

The room sees the full histogram, not just the mean — which is where the useful conversation is. Two 1s hiding behind an average of 4 is exactly the thing worth asking about. One code carries a new question whenever you are ready — nobody rejoins — and the pulse deletes itself after seven days.
