Live Word Cloud

A word cloud is the quickest opener there is. Ask “in one word, what does protection mean to you?”, and within a minute the screen is showing what the whole room actually thinks — including the words you did not expect. The size of each word is simply how many people typed it, and the wall grows live as the answers arrive.

You choose how many words each person may add (one keeps it focused, three works well for brainstorming). “Ready”, “ready” and “READY” all grow the same word; a device can swap its word until the moment you end the cloud; and if one stray word lands on the wall, a tap removes it — and puts it back just as easily.

One code is one moment: create it on the projector, and the same code carries a new question whenever you are ready — nobody rejoins. Everything is phone-first, recovers on its own from a dropped connection, works in Burmese and English, and the cloud deletes itself after seven days.
